Group Urban Design - Waterways
Autumn 2020
Me, Simon Dore and Michael Evans were given a site in Dingle, Merseyside, to design an urban design masterplan. There were no restrictions on what we could design but we used statistics, knowledge and our own experience of the site to come to an agreement on what we thought should happen at this site. Water is the main concept of the scheme: its uses and how it can link areas together with a sustainable use.
Please click on the first image below to enlarge it and navigate through each page using the arrows to view the project. The final design is what you will see first as that is what I'm sure you will be most interested in and then you will see the previous sections such as site, research, concept and development.
A mixture of 1:1s and 2:1s were achieved during this project
